This pretty dress is the perfect addition to your Fashion Friend's wardrobe.  The dress is made of a dainty floral print in blue and yellow on baby blue cotton.  The sleeveless bodice is fully lined with a faux placket down the front with ruffled yellow ribbon beneath baby blue ruffled ribbon trim.  Four tiny blue buttons adorn the bodice.  The skirt is gathered at the waist for a lovely silhouette.  The dress fastens in back with buttons.  Add the matching headband to finish the look.  The wire frame headband is covered with floral print cotton embellished with a yellow ribbon flower.
